📦 Returns & Alterations

All our garments are made-to-order and specially handcrafted. Once an order is placed, returns and exchanges are not permitted, as each piece is created uniquely for you. However, we offer complimentary alteration services.

  • For international orders, customers must bear the cost of return shipping for alterations. Faballey will cover the cost of shipping the altered piece back.

  • Sale items and sample sale products are not eligible for return, exchange, or customization.

💰 Taxes & Duties

Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes for domestic orders.
For international deliveries, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes will be charged to the customer at the time of delivery.

🛍️ Orders & Cancellations

Orders placed on Faballey are final and cannot be canceled or modified. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.

📏 Sizing & Fit

Our pieces vary in fit based on fabric and silhouette. Some are tailored, others relaxed. Please refer to the Size Guide before placing your order. For sizing questions, reach out to our customer support team.

🎨 Color Accuracy

We strive to present product images as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. This variance does not qualify for returns.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 15–30 days, depending on the outfit.

  • Shipping of INR 199: Available across India.

  • For urgent orders, reach out to our support team for assistance.

  • Delays may occur if complete measurements or payment details are not provided on time. Faballey is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
