Faballey Return & Exchange Policy

At Faballey, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made the return process easy and hassle-free. Please read the steps below for a smooth return or exchange experience.

✅ Return/Exchange Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Faballey within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • All original tags and labels intact

Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted for return.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Log in to your account at faballey.com

  2. Go to “My Orders”

  3. Click the ‘Return’ option next to the item you'd like to return

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

  5. Keep the Return ID generated for future reference

🚚 Return Pick-Up Service

We provide return pick-up in select locations:

  • Pack Securely: Place the item in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Pick-Up Window: Our courier partner will collect the item within 1–3 business days after your return request is approved

  • Be Ready: Please have the return parcel prepared to avoid delays

⚠️ For Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Go to ‘My Orders’ → Click ‘Return’ on the affected item

  • Upload 3–5 clear images, showing:

    • The damage or defect (highlight the area if possible)

    • Product tags and labels

    • Invoice copy

We’ll process a replacement or refund swiftly once reviewed.

📌 Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery

  • Defect or damage claims must be raised within 48 hours

  • Replacements will be shipped within 5 days of approval

  • Custom or altered items are not eligible for return unless found defective

    Once we receive the returned, damaged, exchange, or incorrect product, we will deliver the replacement within 4–6 business days.
